We've made about 20 photo books and had thousands of photos developed at Harvey Norman Launceston and the colour and quality has been excellent every time. Highly recommend them

Excellent customer service, fast photo turnaround, easy parking, always happy to help in person or on the phone.

Harvey Norman Photo Centre is the one I always use. However, I miss the option of using borders and embellishments. I used to use my own photos as backgrounds with my pictures placed on that - no longer possible! I enjoy being able to place pictures on dates in the calendars - good for birthdays.

This service is always prompt and product is always vert good.

The Harvey Norman PhotoCenre service is so good I no longer bother to print my own photos. The online service is always prompt, high quality, well priced and usually available same day as placing order. I have found the staff helpful, knowlegeable and friendly.

Each year I produce calendars for friends, family and the local visitor centre. I have always used Harvey Norman's online calendar process and have always been impressed with the quality and prompt service. My only wish is however that Harvey Norman should consider 'bulk' discounts for those of us who produce calendars in large numbers.

I have ordered many things before from Harvey Norman Photos. Ordering online isn't very easy. When ordering multiple items, the shopping cart doesn't show you which items have been added. They need to have a number attached to them or show the item. On more than one occasion I have had to order things separately to ensure I am not ordering the same photo again. That is very inconvenient. Also the site kept saying there was a problem when adding something to the shopping cart, so I had to do it again. Also I wanted to pick up my items from the Marion SA store, but that store was missing from the list given. I was emailed when the order was shipped & it said I would be notified when they arrived in store. Twice now I haven't been notified at all. I was told that sometimes the emails are sent & sometimes they aren't! But someone has stamped the package saying "email sent".

I am always very happy with the printing i have done at Harvey Normans. However I havent got a clue as to your reference to my customised gift

've never had any issues with getting anything printed in store at my local Perth store (Armadale in particular). But any time I have something that has to be printed over east, I've always come back with issues. I placed a very large order of photos a couple years back, that I assumed was being printed locally. But because of the amount of photos, they sent it to the main warehouse over east. I had to have the entire lot reprinted because the colour quality was SO POOR and wasn't something I could then share with my clients.

Love the comfort of being able to relax and pick my photos online. Never disappointed with my orders

I would love to give the photobooks 5 stars. Very pleased with the photobook. The software to create the books is beyond frustrating. I spent many hours for each book repeatedly adding photos to the book. It was extremely frustrating as the photos disappear, then you need to remember which photo went where and ‘reapply’ them…. The books are good, but the software needs improvement.

Colour intense

I've been making Harvey Norman photobooks for many years, and it used to be a great program, but am very disappointed in the lack of features available now - no embellishments or borders, and limited backgrounds. I've started using another website which has all these features and are better priced.

Its a quick & efficient service: Be better @ .10c a photo though :)
