Marvellous photo books are so easy to make and then are superb gifts for family and friends. I just put together a childhood camping holiday book with assorted photos and extracts from diaries and letters. It has brought together a wonderful memory of 50 years ago and everybody is thrilled with the excitement. My siblings are having a great time showing their adult children. I have had to order extra copies.

I placed my order for photo prints and then phoned later in the day to check when they would be ready as we were going to be driving by the next day. The staff member said there was an issue with the machine and he took my details to call me back when he had information. He called back within 15 minutes. That is great customer service. These prints are for entering in a compitions. I like the printing. Much better than Officeworks. Turn around times vary wildly which is frustrating. Also the Belrose branch is no longer a pick up option forcing me to use the post, which is a real shame.

The web site is easy to use and well explained. The options for your prints are amazing .The ease of use is helpful and the proces to complete an order very streamlined. You can pick up in store whihc is a bonus for me as the HN shop is just down the road , however you can opt to use mail if further away. I would recommned to anyone wanting uality photos and enlargedments in a timely manner. The staff at the photo centre are always friendly and also very helpful.

Disappointed that I couldn't have my order delivered to my local store once I had finished creating my order (wrote and asked why I couldn't select it only to get a response saying I can at the moment - no real explanation or apology). This meant there was no benefit ordering from you over other local businesses. Only proceeded with the order because I couldn't be bothered starting over with customisation on another site.
